The unique intent of our Screening Assessments is to assist recruiters in objectively identifying whether an applicant has the aptitude to perform similarly to existing top performers within a specific job-function.

Simple psychometric tests identify traits or characteristics. While we cannot teach someone TRAITS, (like compassion), traits materialize into BEHAVIORS (like sounding caring and sincere), which are absolutely observable and transferable.

We first analyze and document the best practice-based behaviors, techniques, mindsets, language and vocal skills of your internal top performers, and then use that data as the foundation for formulating behavioral and situational questions that assess a candidate’s capacity for thinking, behaving and performing in a way that you already know generates success within the position being offered.
