Our live coaching is offered as an onsite, small-group workshop which is designed to teach Managers, QA’s, Coaches, and/or anyone who is coaching people on the phone, how to continuously develop agents’ effective usage and delivery of the call and/or the documented best practices of the call.

We take a 3-part approach that consists of the following:

  • 1 day group workshop
  • ½ day per coach live job shadowing and feedback sessions
  • ½ hour per coach telephone follow-up several weeks after the workshop to address remaining questions, challenges and successes. (Max of 6 Coaches per Workshop).
